FAQs

How do I bid?
Find an item you love, tap Place Your Bid, and enter your name, phone number, and bid amount. First time bidding? You'll check one box agreeing to our auction terms, and you're in. No account, no app, no fees.

When do auctions happen?
New auctions post at 11 AM and run 24 hours. 🎁 Mystery Boxes post Mondays · 🏷️ Big-ticket items post Wednesdays & Thursdays. Active auctions always show at the top of this page.

What happens if I win?
Congrats! We'll text you a Square invoice. You've got 24 hours to pay, or the item gets relisted. Two unpaid wins and you're out of future auctions — so only bid what you're ready to buy.

Where and when can I pick up?
Once you've paid, we'll text you to set up your pickup — any day we're open, 9 to 5 every day except Friday (we're closed Fridays). Your item is labeled and waiting at 130 Jennelle Road, Christiansburg.

What if I can't make it in?
No problem — just reply to our text and we'll reschedule. If an item goes unclaimed for 10 days (or two missed pickups), it goes back on the floor and your payment — minus a 15% restocking fee ($5 minimum) — goes onto a TVO gift card held for you at the store. You never lose your money; it just becomes store credit.

What condition are the items in?
Everything is overstock, shelf-pulls, or quality-checked returns from big-box retailers, sold as-is. We describe items honestly and photograph what you're actually getting — check the photos and description before you bid.

Can I return an auction win?
Auction wins follow our store Returns & Exchanges policy: store credit for items that are defective or not as described. Bin-style mystery items are final sale.

Will you text me?
Yes — that's how auctions work here. By bidding you agree to get texts about your bids, wins, and pickup. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime.

Is my info safe?
Your phone number is never shown publicly — bidders appear as a first name and last initial only. We use your number to run the auction and reach you when you win.
